PM3 Workshop Program.

Presenter instructions

  1. Use 6 slides per 15 minutes, and spend 90 seconds per slide as a guide. Explicitly explain everything on each of your slides.
  2. Practice your presentation prior to the workshop. Dr. Kharche will be available for practice.
  3. Record your presentations, and share the video and PowerPoint files with University of Western Ontario One Drive. File naming convention is: yourName_date.mp4 or yourName_date.pptx without spaces in the file or folder names.
  4. Refrain from use of superfluous graphics (e.g. logos and template slides).
  5. All presentations must have: Title slide, presentation overview slide, methods/results slides, summary slide, and conclusions.
  6. All slides must have date, name, title, and slide number in the footer.
  7. Use a uniform font and fontsize throughout (Arial or Times New Roman, fontsize 24 to 28) and use boldface, underlines, colour, and italics to distinguish between title, figure labels, figure legends, and text. Do not overload your slides with text.
  8. All presenters should submit their presentation slides through email ( Deadline: August 7, 2021.
